1. Read up on the various bosses
2. Come Prepared(Get pots, bandages, reagents etc.)
3. Make sure they have as little disturbances from RL as possible(no running away every 5 mins to check up on kids, gf, buying pizza etc).
4. Use the most viable spec for your class as possible depending on gear for most possible usability(Pve focus: dps, healing and tanking)
5. Be focused in general(no ninja pulling, flame wreath moving ect)
6. Ask questions before the raid if anything is unclear.
7. Keep the Vent clear as much as possible so the raidleader can be heard.

And remember, if you can't come to a raid, signup will be frozen 2 hours before it starts, so make sure to change your status before that, otherwise it will affect your evaluation by the officers of the guild. Report anything as soon as you know that you cant make it and tell us why. Also try to get a replacement if you cannot make it, especially if it's after thoose 2 hours before raid event occurs.
